- 4 ks šalátová uhorka
- 5 vajce na tvrdo
- 2 póry
- 5 ks uvarených zemiakov

Postup
 90 min.
1. Krok 
  Cviklu ošúpeme a uvaríme do mäkka. Z hrnca cviklu vyberieme, nastrúhame spolu s uhorkou a zalejeme smotanou, kefírom a vodou z cvikly. Vajíčka ošúpeme, bielky pokrájame na malé kúsky a pridáme do polievky.
2. Krok 
  V miske rozmiešme žĺtky s pórom a 2 polievkovými lyžicami soli, ktoré tiež pridáme do hrnca s polievkou.
3. Krok 
  Premiešame. Dochutíme.
4. Krok 
  Ozdobíme zemiakmi a kôprom.
5. Krok 
  Podávame s chlebom.
6. Krok 
  Dobrú chuť :-)
