1. Krok 
 Na prípravu gaštanového pyré použijeme jedlé gaštany (nie pagaštan konský).

2. Krok 
 Gaštany ošupíme.

3. Krok 
 Gaštany zalejeme vodou a 10 minút varíme.

4. Krok 
 Po uvarení ich scedíme a druhý krát ošúpeme.

5. Krok 
 Ošúpané gaštany preložíme do mixéra, prilejeme vodu, cukor a vanilku. Mixujeme 7 minút.

6. Krok 
 Hotovú zmes možeme preliať do pohárov a sterilizovať.
